Hallee is a distinguished non-profit leader with over 15 years of experience in organizational leadership, relationship building and philanthropic giving. For nearly nine years, Hallee served as Pi Beta Phi Foundation Executive Director leading the organization through transformational growth including an endowment campaign raising more than $30M, establishing new horizons for the fraternal foundations industry. Prior to that role, she served the March of Dimes in a series of roles including Houston Division Executive Director.

Hallee has prioritized collaboration and resource sharing throughout her career as an enabler of non-profit success, and has used her knowledge to serve a number of non-profits through board leadership in various phases of their evolution.

Hallee’s leadership approach has three central pillars: people first, data-driven decision-making, and strategic sustainability. Hallee holds a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Missouri - Kansas City with a focus in organizational behavior.
